Dread Revamping

Re-felting, re-steaming and re-tipping of synthetic or wool dreads.

50c /DE dread or about $10 /hour:

Wool dreads can be shredded and re-felted and thus re-formed somewhat, so they can be crinkled, curled, uncurled, candycaned, wrapped, shortened, tapered, or clipped, stitched over, twisted around.....

Same goes for real dreads; They too can be revamped with root maintenance, some clever latch-hooking, wraps, or extenders. You can dread wool or synthetic hair into your dreads or hair permanently... wool dreads with some skill can be shortened in length.

Dreadification + Extendification

$10 /hour:

Real dreads take 5-6 hours on average depending on your hair type. Installations of most dread extensions usually takes about 3 hours. Dreads can be braided in a few ways depending on your hair and the dreads. Maintenance of natural dreads can go on indefinitely, and can include wraps, root maintenance, stitching, the addition of synthetic or wool extenders or extensions, danglies... i can dread real hair or dreads into your dreads or hair. All these things fall into the $10/hr category!

These dreads came from another seller and were a bit worse for wear. I backcombed them some more, re-sealed and tipped them. I then installed them alongside Lindzie's natural dreadlocks.

Modifying Falls, Dreads and Wigs

You can take apart falls, add dreads to falls, change the way they're mounted, remix them, and try them again. Cut a wig and dreadify it. Even if I didn't make it, I'll gladly destroy it and replace it with other hairpieces. So yes, I love trades :D
