These are semipermanent handmade synthetic dreads, which are braided or wrapped into natural hair or dreadlocks. They are made from Kanekalon synthetic hair of somewhat varying textures. Extensions like these can last up to a few months and are reusable. Single-ended synthetic dreads can also be used to start real dreadlocks or to extend natural dreads. Dreadlocks like these can also be attached to bobby pins, contour clips, barrettes, weave clips, ribbons, or elastics.
